If you already have a Pro account and you wish to access it, go to the Amer Sports Pro Club homepage of your country and enter your login details in the "LOGIN" section. Make sure to enter the email address and the password you used when you registered. Once logged in, click on the online shop you would like to visit and enjoy your discounts.

Simply click on "Sign Up" and follow the steps to fill out the registration form. Your application will then be studied by our team and we will inform you by e-mail of the acceptance or not as soon as possible.

Our team considers each application rigorously, if you have received a refusal when you think your application is justified, it is possible that one of your supporting documents is not valid (for example, an outdated pro card will not be approved). In that case, get the right supporting documents and send it to the Amer Sports Pro Club using the "sign up" link in the top rigth corner of the home page.

Each Pro member has a purchase limit per brand. If you have already made purchases with your Pro account, you may have exceeded your purchase limit. You can check your limit on the details of your Amer Sports Pro Club account. If you have exceeded this limit for one or more brands, you can no longer make purchases with preferential rates on these brands.

If your Pro account has expired and you wish to renew it, please click on the "sign in" link on the home page and then click on RENEW in the top right corner of the page to submit a renewal request.

A Pro account offers you discounted prices over a limited time. A Pro account is valid for 1 year from the date of registration. Beyond this date, you will no longer have access to discounts. To enjoy one more year of discounts, you will have to renew your Pro account. See "How do I renew my Pro account?"

When you apply for a Pro account, a waiting period is required for our team to study your application. You can enjoy the discounts only once your Pro account is approved. You will be notified by e-mail within a week.

My VIP Account

If you do not have an account on Amer Sports Pro Club and you have been given a code to join, follow these instructions : - Go to the Amer Sports Pro Club homepage of your country - Click on SIGN UP and follow the instructions to enter your code - Follow the steps and enter your personal information and confirm the creation of your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately enjoy the discounts on the online shops just by loging in on the Amer Sports Pro Club, via "Access Member". If you already have an account on Amer Sports Pro Club and you have received a new code, simply login to your account and click on RENEWAL to enter this new code after selecting "I have an Invitation Code". Your account will be automatically linked to this new code. The new code is not cumulated with the old one. It is possible that your new code offers you a lower discount than the previous one.

Make sure to enter the email address and the password you used when you registered. Once logged in, click on the online shop you would like to visit and enjoy your discounts.

First of all, click on the flag at the top right of the homepage and choose the country corresponding to the origin of the code you are going to use, and thus to your country of residence. You will not have access to discounts if you do not choose the right country when you register. Then, make sure that you entered the correct code: it is composed of 7 characters (letters and/or numbers). Moreover, be careful not to add spaces before or after the code, this can happen if you copy/paste it from an e-mail for example. Finally, make sure that you didn't already used the code or your e-mail to create an account.

My order

To track your order, a tracking number is provided in the confirmation e-mail of your order or in your account, in the details of the order that you have placed. This tracking number will let you know where your package is and at what stage of delivery it is. Simply go to the carrier's website (For example UPS) and enter the tracking number in the field provided. The type of delivery you have chosen will also give you an indication (Express or Standard).

Orders placed through the Amer Sports Pro Club can only be delivered within the country associated with your Vip account. For example, if you have a Vip account in France, you can only ship your order to France.

If the tracking number of your order indicates that your order was delivered when this is not the case, or if your package appears to be stuck at any of the steps of the delivery, please contact the Customer Service of the concerned brand.

My discount

To enjoy your preferential rates, login to the Amer Sports Pro Club and choose the online store you would like to visit. You should be automatically logged in to your Pro account on the website of the chosen brand. If the discounts do not appear, check the following: - On the online shop, am I connected to my Pro Account? - Am I on the online shop of my country? - Have I exceeded my purchase limit? - Is my account expired? - Is my account already approved? If you do not know how to verify these information, see: "My Account".

If you have received a promotional code that can be combined with your Pro Club discount, here is the steps to follow: - Login to your Amer Sports Pro Club account and click on the link to the online store in question. - Add the products to your cart, as if you were placing a regular order. - Go to your cart, click on the sentence: "Do you have an offer code?" - A field to fill appears. (Atomic: the field "Discount code" is already present) - Enter your code exactly as it was communicated to you, make sure you do not add any extra space before or after the promotional code. - Validate your code and you will see a message indicating that your promotional code has been taken into account and the extra discount should be shown.

If a sale is going on, the additional discounts are only shown in the shopping cart, once the product is added to it. The sales are sometimes applied only to a selection of products that you can find in the "Sales" tab of the brand in question.
My delivery

Check the e-mail address associated with your VIP account, it is on this e-mail address that you will receive the confirmation email. You can also verify your junk e-mails. If you still don't see the email, please reach out to any Amer Sports brand for additional help.

When a product is out of stock, we make every effort to put it back for sale as soon as possible. If you wish to be informed by e-mail when the product you are looking for is available again, go to the product's page and select the desired size/color that is not available : a sidebar will appear offering you to be alerted when the product is in stock.

In order to guarantee a delivery time as short as possible, the order preparation begins as soon as it is validated. For this reason, we can not modify or cancel an order. However, you will be able to return the order and get a refund. To find out more about it, see: "I wish to return my order".

Return and refund policies are different according to each brand. You can find the conditions and the procedures directly on the concerned brand's website.

Strictly speaking, it is not possible to exchange a product. If you wish to exchange one or more items, you will have to return it in order to be refunded (see: "I wish to return my order"). Next to this, you can place a new order to receive the products you want.
